Sent an order, but did not receive a response email.

First of all, check your spam folder. Sometimes an email may be marked as spam by your email provider.

 

It takes some time to prepare the Build sheet. It can range from 5 minutes to several hours depending on the load on the servers. So please be patient, we respond to every request, even if there is no data in the database by VIN number, you will still receive a response letter

 

Please note the time difference! Check our working hours. We process orders from 7am to 8pm UTC+1 (GMT+1). Berlin time.

 

Another common reason is an incorrectly entered email on the order. In this case, the letter will not be delivered to the addressee. But you can always check out our Patreone store. All orders go there after processing, so anyway you can still find your build sheet there.

How long will it take me to receive my Build sheet?

Preparing a report takes from 5 minutes to several hours. All orders received outside of business hours are processed the next day. We process orders from 7am to 8pm UTC+1 (GMT+1). Berlin time.

 

I get the message that VIN is incorrect. What should i do?

Please double check the VIN. A common issue is mixing up “5” with “S” or “4” with “A”. VIN should consist of 17 characters – make sure you have not missed any of them.

 

How complete and reliable is the information contained in the report? How much can I trust it?

We take all information from manufacturers' databases. Thus, all information is 99.9% reliable. Inaccuracies can only occur if the manufacturer himself made a mistake when entering data into their databases

 

What does it mean if the information is not in the database?

Information on the mine number may not be in the database for various reasons, but most often this applies to old vintage cars, more than 20 years old
