PRIVACY POLICY
This Privacy Policy (the “Policy”) applies to all information that Vinspec LTD (the “Administration”, the “Contractor”, or the “Service Owner”) may receive about the User while using the website/service.
1. Processed data
1.1. We do not collect personal data through the website in the meaning of Federal Law No. 152-FZ “On Personal Data”.
1.2. All data collected on the website is provided and processed in anonymized form (the “Anonymized Data”).
1.3. Anonymized Data includes information that does not allow direct identification:
1.3.1. Data submitted by the User via web forms and site modules, including name, phone number and/or email address (for feedback).
1.3.2. Data transmitted automatically in anonymized form depending on software and browser settings.
1.4. The Administration may define the scope of Anonymized Data collected while using the website.
1.5. If information is not marked as mandatory, providing such data is at the User’s discretion. The data becomes available to the website Administration at the moment of submission and is not automatically disclosed to an unlimited number of persons.
1.6. The Administration does not verify accuracy of submitted data and assumes that the User acts in good faith, keeps data up to date, and has obtained all required consents.
2. Purposes of data processing
2.1. The Administration uses data for the following purposes:
2.1.1. Processing incoming requests and communicating with the User;
2.1.2. Information services, including newsletters and informational/advertising materials (with User consent where applicable);
2.1.3. Conducting marketing, statistical and other research;
2.1.4. Targeting advertising materials on the Site;
2.1.5. Improving website functionality and usability.
3. Data protection requirements
3.1. The Administration stores data and protects it from unauthorized access and distribution according to internal policies and procedures.
3.2. Confidentiality is maintained for received data, except where technologies used on the website or third-party software settings provide for transfer of anonymized data.
3.3. To improve service quality, the Administration may store log files on user actions within the website for up to 1 (one) year.
4. Changes to the Privacy Policy
4.1. This Policy may be changed or terminated by the Administration unilaterally without prior notice. The new version takes effect from the moment it is published on the website, unless otherwise provided by the updated version.
4.2. The current version of the Policy is available at: vin-spec.com
4.3. Continued use of the website after changes means the User’s acceptance of the updated Policy.
